Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

17. How do I export and send test reports to other people?

It is nice and easy.  This function is available in both ANSWatch Deluxe and Pro
Models. Just follow these steps:
  • Download the test data from ANSWatch monitor to PC by pressing the button
    SYNC in ANSWatch Manager
  • Assign Patient ID for the test data stored in NEW DATA (a temporary place for test
data).  Press APPLY to move test data from NEW DATA to DATA
  • On DATA page, press EXPORT.   Save the export file on the PC's Desktop
(easiest place; other paths OK).  Press OK. Go to Desktop to find the export file
    (such as YL_20110517155024_EXPORT.answatch)
  • Send the exported file as an attachment in e-mail.
